Organization
The organizational structure of VITAL FINANCE is as follows:
General Assembly
As the first statutory organ, the General Assembly deliberates on matters of major importance touching to the life of the institution.
The Board of Administration
VITAL FINANCE administered by a Board of Administration which is elected by the General Assembly.
The General Management
The General Management is the third statutory organ of VITAL Finance; it takes care of the daily management and the soft and good running of the institution. The General Management is supported in its role by technical services and agencies. The services are as follows:
- Finance, administration and account service;
- Credit and contracts service;
- IT service;
- Internal auditing service.
